1. To change your password, login to the Crimson app or if you are a Dulwich student - log into the Dulwich version of the Crimson app - SE 21 Crimson app
2. In the bottom left corner, select from the drop down menu ‘Change password’.
3. Go to your email account and locate the 'Reset your password' email that has come from the email address: 'no-reply@crimsoneducation.org'. Follow the link to select a new password.
Please note - you should receive this immediately, so please check your SPAM folder for this email if it does not arrive within 5 minutes.
4. Once you have entered a new password, head back to Crimson app or SE 21 Crimson app and log in with your new password.
