Joining the Crimson app

As a student at Crimson Education you will be invited to join the Crimson app. This invitation will look like the invitation below:

Please click on ‘Login’ to action the invitation. By clicking on this link, you will be directed to the login screen of the Crimson app. Here, you are required to enter your email address and temporary password.

 

Once you have entered your details and selected ‘Log in’, you have successfully activated your app account. If you'd like to change your password, please follow these instructions: Changing your app password.

 

Once you have been logged into the Crimson app, you will be greeted by a welcome message and redirected to your profile page.

Please setup up your profile with the following information:

• About - your contact details
• Guardian - your guardians details
• Education - your current education details
• Extra-curricular activities you are involved in (if applicable)
• Bio - small blurb on who you are and the journey you are on
• A profile picture of yourself

Each of these sections offers your Crimson team an insight into who you are, your background and goals. By adding your contact information it gives the team an easy way of getting in touch.

Also, by clicking on the arrow beneath your initials in the top right hand corner, a popup appears that gives you access to your:

• Profile
• Settings
• Changing your password
• Logging out

When accessing the 'Settings' page, you can change your timezone from your default browser timezone to one of your choice. This timezone will be reflected when you are accepting or booking sessions in your calendar.
